Do you take my insurance?

Yes! South Waterfront Dental accepts all types of dental insurance, whether in or out of network. We also file your claims to make the process as smooth as possible.

Before your first appointment, please check with your insurance provider to confirm any network restrictions.

You can find more details on our Insurance page.

Our goal is to help you make the most of your dental benefits each year. We track remaining coverage, offer flexible financial options (including three months interest-free on select balances), and accept all major credit cards.

For accurate details, always confirm your coverage directly with your insurance provider.

You’re not alone, and you’re in the right place. Our team takes the time to understand your concerns and make sure you feel completely comfortable before any treatment begins.

Our office also has a calm, friendly atmosphere with small touches such as blankets, pillows, and headphones to help you relax.

Dental implants are a durable, natural-looking way to replace missing teeth. A small titanium post is surgically placed in the jawbone to act as an artificial root, supporting a crown, bridge, or denture.

Implant treatment usually happens in two phases: the placement, followed by a healing period of about 4–6 months before fitting the final restoration.

Every case is unique, so ask Dr. Beck or another member of our team if dental implants are right for you.

A root canal treats infection or inflammation in the tooth’s inner nerve. During the procedure, the nerve is removed, and the inside of the tooth is carefully cleaned and sealed.

After treatment, a crown is placed to protect the tooth and restore full function.

Absolutely. We use composite, tooth-colored fillings that blend naturally with your teeth. Unlike silver amalgam, composite fillings don’t expand or contract with temperature changes, preventing cracks over time.

X-rays are essential for a complete view of your oral health. They allow us to see the parts of your teeth and bones that aren’t visible during a regular exam.

We follow American Dental Association (ADA) guidelines and only take X-rays when necessary. Our advanced digital technology minimizes radiation exposure. In fact, you receive more radiation on a short flight than from a full dental X-ray series.

We reserve two hours for your first appointment to get a complete picture of your oral health. This includes a full set of digital X-rays, a gum health evaluation, and a comprehensive exam.

In many cases, we can complete your cleaning during this visit. However, if it’s been a while since your last cleaning or additional care is needed, we’ll schedule a follow-up to make sure your teeth get the attention they deserve.
