The faces of South Waterfront Dental

At South Waterfront Dental, our team is the heart of everything we do. Their skill, compassion, and professionalism shape our patients’ dental experience, from the moment they arrive up to the completion of their procedure.

Todd L. Beck, DMD

Dr. Todd Beck began his dental career after graduating from Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) in 1994, and completing his advanced residency training in restorative dentistry, oral surgery, anesthesia, and endodontics. After years of practicing and teaching, he opened South Waterfront Dental in 2010 to provide Portland with a modern dental practice centered on patient comfort and quality care. He also continues to teach as an Associate Professor at OHSU and has served on the Oregon Board of Dentistry.

Outside the office, Dr. Beck is passionate about giving back to the Portland community through volunteer work with Medical Teams International, providing care to homeless and underserved populations. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, playing the trumpet, exploring the outdoors, and, most of all, spending time with his family.
